Mountain bike tours and bike transport in Grindelwald
Are you planning a mountain bike excursion in Grindelwald? A good choice - because our top destinations Bussalp, Waldspitz and Grosse Scheidegg offer wonderful single trails with unique views of the glacier and mountain world in and around Grindelwald.
Bike transport on the lines in Grindelwald
During the summer season, our buses on the mountain routes run with rear carriers. This means that 5 to 6 bikes can be transported per vehicle. The number of places available for bike transport is limited.
Bikes cannot be transported on the local lines.
Rules and regulations
– Passengers must load the bikes themselves.
– Due to the load weight, a maximum of 2 e-bikes can be loaded on the rear carrier.
– A reservation obligation applies. Please register the transport by 03:00 pm the day before.
There is no transportation guarantee. If the bike cannot be taken along for capacity reasons, you will have to switch to a later course.
GrindelwaldBus accepts no liability for damage to bikes during transport.

Mountainbike Sunset Ride
In the summer season from 01.06.2024 to 13.10.2024, we will transport your bike free of charge on the last journey. This offer is valid on the following routes:
– Grindelwald – Bussalp ab 17:25 Uhr
– Grindelwald – Grosse Scheidegg ab 16:04 Uhr
– Grindelwald – Waldspitz ab 16:00 Uhr
