Hidden Disabilities Sunflower

Together on the road to greater understanding

Not every impairment is visible at first glance. That's why STI is participating in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower initiative. 

The sunflower lanyard helps people with hidden disabilities to discreetly indicate their possible need for support. At the same time, it helps our employees to assess situations better and offer support when needed. 

This helps us to create a more understanding environment and ensures that all passengers feel welcome and safe on their journey.
