Unique in Switzerland, the world?s number two Open Air Tattoo: the success of the Basel Tattoo remains unchallenged and, since it?s Premiere in 2006 has inspired over 160,000 spectators. Feel the fascination of this spectacle and experience the musical expertise of the 1,000 participants from all over the world in their formations during the perfectly orchestrated shows.

We visit the late show at 9pm. Our bus leaves Grindelwald at 5pm leaving us plenty of time to try some Scottish specialities in front of the barracks prior to the show. The Basel Tattoo whisky truffles are also worth trying.
